Ladies

Arsenal Ladies are the most successful ladies team in England. Having won 31 major titles since they formed 22 years ago, Arsenal Ladies have the skills and expertise to coach while also being passionate about encouraging girls to participate in football. Women's football is the fastest growing sport in the UK.

Arsenal Ladies have designed a non-residential soccer schools teaching programme for girls aged between 7 and14 years of age. The programme provides a fun environment to learn and develop football skills both individually and in groups.

The Game Plan
Full day soccer skills coaching by members of Arsenal Ladies:
  • Warm-ups and stretching
  • Technique training sessions: passing, dribbling, shooting, attacking and defending
  • Fun games to practice techniques
  • Small-sided matches and tournaments
  • Cool downs
  • What to Bring?
  • Football kit or tracksuit
  • Football boots and training shoes (Boots and astro-turf trainers can be used on the artificial and grass playing surface). Shin pads should ideally to be worn.
  • Packed lunch (No nut-based food)
  • Plenty to drink
  • What you take away?
    As well as the new skills you will have learnt, all participants will receive:
  • Official certificate of participation
  • Arsenal Soccer School gift
  • All participants will be entered into exclusive competitions
  • Courses take place at Hertfordshire Sports Village, St Albans and Queenswood School near Potters Bar.
