Learn to ‘Play the Arsenal Way’ with Arsenal Soccer Schools This Summer

Arsenal Football Club today launched a dedicated website for Arsenal Soccer Schools www.playthearsenalway.com. The interactive site contains everything you need to know about Arsenal Soccer Schools including where to locate your nearest session, online booking, latest news from the schools, interactive games and training tips to show youngsters how to ‘Play the Arsenal way.’

Arsenal Soccer Schools have been running for over 20 years throughout half-term and summer holidays and after-school in term-time. Arsenal Soccer Schools give boys and girls aged between five – 15 years-old a chance to get active, make new friends, have fun and improve soccer skills.

Arsenal Soccer Schools operate across the UK and have overseas schools in 16 countries including Mexico, Indonesia, Egypt and Thailand, where Arsenal in the Community coaches visit and teach Arsenal Soccer School methods to local coaches and young children. Arsenal in the Community’s Gap Year programme also sends young people undertaking a year’s work experience with the Club to both the domestic and overseas schools.

Head of Arsenal in the Community Alan Sefton said: “We’re delighted that we’ve launched a website befitting of the 20 years hands-on experience the Club has had in teaching and delivering Arsenal Soccer Schools. We hope the new site will encourage more children to play the Arsenal way, but most importantly get active and have fun learning new skills.”

Children participating in holiday Arsenal Soccer Schools receive a certificate and goody bag at the end of each course.
