Each of the teams competed in a group stage with four team in each age progressing to the semi finals and two into the big finals.

The teams came from as far as Bahrain, with the team from Cyprus making their long journey more than worthwhile by winning what was a very competitive final 2- 0 against the team from Holland in the years ten and 11 category, with goals from Stefanos Charalampous and Michalis Pekris.

Arsenal Soccer Schools Kent, Surrey, Sussex led by manager Barry Jeffreys won the eight and nineyear old category for the second year running, narrowly defeating the team from Spain by virtue of scoring the first goal in a hard fought 4– 4 draw, the goal scorers were Paris Patten and Marcus Simon.

The tournament was filled with excitement and entertainment with some fantastic passing moves, lots of goals and plenty of noise made by an exuberant crowd of supporting family and friends in the Emirates Stadium seats.
