Arsenal Soccer Schools to hold 3 v 3 World Cup at Emirates Stadium

In May 2010 160 children from around the world will head to Emirates Stadium to take part in the Arsenal Soccer Schools 3 v 3 World Cup.

Children aged eight to 11 years old who attend an Arsenal Soccer School during the Easter school holidays will be take part in regional 3 v 3 tournaments. The winning teams will then be invited to travel to London to follow in the footsteps of world-class footballers and play on the pitch at the magnificent Emirates Stadium, all competing to be crowned the Arsenal Soccer Schools 3 v 3 World Cup Champions of 2010.

The training programmes give local youngsters the chance to learn how to Play the Arsenal Way, and have been developed based on the techniques used by Arsenal Manager, Arsène Wenger to develop young talent.

In addition to being in with the chance to play on the pitch at Emirates Stadium, children participating in full holiday Arsenal Soccer Schools receive a gift and certificate at the end of each course.
